The different reports contain different sets of data and are saved in different formats. For example for the bibliographic data we can have:

  • BibTeX - bibliographic data exchange format

  • RIS - bibliographic data exchange format; reproduce, among other things, in Microsoft Excel

  • CSV and XLS playback, among others, in Microsoft Excel

  • PDF - a file format for presenting, transferring and printing text and graphics content, created by Adobe Systems

  • HTML.

Report Wizards

Bibliography - literature list available in various description styles APA, IEEE, ACM, Chicago, CSE, MLA, Vancouver, ISO 690; format: HTML and pdf

List - a list in the form of a list or table, with customizable range of displayed data, taking into account the scores for MNiSW publications and Impact Factor; in a form similar to the achievement report generated for the grant application; format: HTML and pdf

Data exchange formats

BibTeX - data exchange format; bibliographic data are made available in a format that allows them to be processed in other tools; the file exported from the Knowledge Base can be transferred m.in. to bibliography managers, e.g. Mendeley, Zotero or to tools for collecting and promoting scientific output, i.e. ORCID; file format: bib

Survey 2013 - a set of fields necessary for the survey of a unit developed based on the regulations of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on granting scientific categories to scientific units and universities; file format: csv - to be read m.in. in Excel

Unit Achievement - a set of publications with credits in a format convenient for analyzing the scientific achievements of a given organizational unit; file format: csv - readable m.in. in Excel
