Generating reports

Reports for a non-logged-in user are available from:

• Analysis / Reports tab available in the More section. See https://omega-psir.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OMEN/pages/5577805310

• search results for any types of objects.

The different reports contain different sets of data and are saved in different formats. For example for the bibliographic data we can have:

• BibTeX - bibliographic data exchange format

• RIS - bibliographic data exchange format; reproduce, among other things, in Microsoft Excel

• CSV and XLS playback, among others, in Microsoft Excel

• PDF - a file format for presenting, transferring and printing text and graphics content, created by Adobe Systems

• HTML.

The search forms available in each module are discussed in the sections dedicated to each type of object (see https://omega-psir.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OMEN/pages/5577806046 ).

The reports are usually grouped within the following categories:

1. pivot tables

2. report creators

3. Data exchange formats (usually XML, CVS, and type specific)

4. HTML

5. Other (type scpecific
