Defining the license for the publication

If the publication has no license declaration yet, the researcher can open his/her profile and return to the given record and (re)define the license of the publication (as well as unpublished material).

Note: then the document for which you intend to define the license must be deposited, otherwise you must first add this file (see Depositing the file to the bibliographic record

Follow the following sequence of steps to add license information:

  1. Log in to the knowledge base

  2. go to your profile and go to Publications.

  3. search for the publication for which you want to (re-) define an open license and hover the cursor over it

  4. + (picture below) will appear

  5. Click on the + icon. A screen as shown in Figure 1 will appear.

  6. Select the edit function as shown in Figure 1.

  7. On the called worksheet we fill in the license information (see Depositing the file to the bibliographic record )
