Mentoring

The goal of the Project Mentoring Module is to increase the quality of applications for external funding for scientific projects and, as a result, to increase the number of grants awarded and to improve the quality of scientific project implementation by creating a channel of communication between University employees experienced in project implementation and employees applying for or implementing grants.

A typical scenario for a logged-in user seeking mentoring support is planned as follows:

  1. Finding the right mentor Finding a mentor

  2. Report mentoring needs Request for mentoring.

  3. Once the need is accepted by the mentor, the mentee's cooperation with the mentor begins

  4. When a project proposal resulting from the mentoring service appears, the mentored person receives an alert and connects that proposal to the mentoring record (Connecting a service record to a design request)

  5. Once funding is obtained, the mentored person receives an alert about the winning project. At the same time, automatically when the project record is created, a link to the won project is saved in the mentoring service record.
