Bibliographic categories
If you want to enter into the database:
a monograph (an author's book or an edited collective work), an academic textbook, a script, an encyclopedia or a dictionary, use the
Books
tab in the Editor' panel. If a given book:is a conference material, link it to the description of the conference event (Publication data tab in the data entry form).
was created as part of the project, link it to the project description (Links tab)
is part of a series, link it to the series description (Publication data tab, Book series/journal field (in the case of a special issue of a journal))
translation of a monograph, use the
Books
tab.in the Publication type field, select that the document is a translation (Basic Information tab)
you must first enter a description of the original publication into the database
you must link the work with the original publication (Relationships tab, Related book field (e.g. original)

you should first create a description of the original publication in the database

select the type Chapter in the book (Publication data tab)
the description of the special issue must be previously entered into the database (Books Tab)
associate the record with the appropriate special notebook description.

complete the Conference field (Basic data tab)
in the URL field, enter the appropriate address of the website where the materials were made available.
The section Basic Data for all types of publication has the field Team (research, expert, students' scientific club, other). If the installation at your university maintains the profiles of the research teams and you want to assign the publication to the achievements of a given team, please select the appropriate team from the index attached to the field.
The section Links for all types of publication has the field:
Related project - you can assign the project for which the publication is an output (the project can be selected from the index)
Research data - you can assign the publication to the research data that have been used for the research presented in the publication.
