Functions of the Mentoring Module - work scenarios

The Mentoring System Manager is a UKB user with the mentoring role. The primary two screens of the Editor-in-Chief include functionality:

1. Managing the mentor base

2. Management and control of the base of mentoring services

Mentor database management screen

The Mentor Base Management screen combines the functionality of the Researcher Base Editor and the Mentoring Module Manager. When logged into UBW, the Manager has the Authors and Staff function in the Editor Panel. The screen provided under this function allows:

1. Search by a variety of criteria for those employees who have been given the role of mentor

2. Give/remove the role of mentor to individual employees of the University

3. Verify the status of the mentoring work of individual mentors

4. Generate reports and conduct analysis of mentoring activities
