Importing from External repositories

The KB can be programmed to import automatically data from other instances of KB (e.g. from other universities). This usually is performed with a given frequence. If such an automatic process is not foreseen, still one can maniually import data from indicated other KB instances. This can be done by the function External Repositories . In this case a list of external repositories can be seen:

For each repository there is alist of record types that can be imported/exported. The example above shows a possibility of importing a specific journal record from the authority journal authority KB sercver, or expoty an XML to the authrity server.
