Evaluation of researcher achievements
Scoring rules are the basis for the evaluation of scientific achievements. Scoring rules are defined in the drools language and are stored in the scoring rule base. The defined rules can be used to create expert evaluation algorithms.
The scoring rule base stores rule definitions for the purpose of evaluating the achievements of a scientist, unit or team. You can have multiple scoring systems in the system. Currently existing systems are:
Polish system credits;
Polish system credits (2013-2016)
Scopus CiteScore
Scopus SNIP
WoS Impact Factor
The systems 1-2 are specific gor the Polish national evaluation regulatoins
The systems 3-5 are more generic and can be applied at any university.
