As a result of the search, the user receives a window with the results and a set of specified functions.

The screen with the results of searching for publications in the Repository module is discussed below.

The basic functions available on the results screen are:

  1. Result filtering function (facets)

  2. Record selection function - with this function one can perform quite advanced operations, e.g. select some records from the answer (or select all), select the export function (4) and generate (more in Report generation):

    1. bibliography in a specific style (APA, ACM, IEEE)

    2. a report, e.g. with bibliometric analysis,

    3. dynamic table (pivot) with some statistics, e.g. an aggregated statistics showing the contribution of departments into the domain relevant to the query;

    4. or export the data in an exchange format (RIS, BibTeX, etc);

  3. Window for choosing how to sort the results

  4. A window for selecting a report format to generat report for selected records.

Each item in the results list also has a variety of functions visible when you hover over it with the cursor. The selection of these functions depends on whether or not the user is logged in and what permissions he or she has. Here, one can move to a full description of the record, or use the DOI link to go to the publisher page.

The searched terms are highlighted, if present on the snipet, otherwise, in case the terms are inside the record or in the document deposited, the question mark, when hovered over with the mouse, shows the context for the query explaining the relevance of the item:
