This manual is intended for those who are responsible for the research equipment catalog:

1. the catalog manager

2. the person who coordinates the work of the department's catalog maintenance team

3. persons managing the equipment under their care.

Part one of the manual presents general information about the catalog, part two is devoted to the functions available to the catalog manager, and part three describes the functions of the equipment manager and/or the equipment manager's designee for apparatus maintenance.
