Other functions of the manager

On the Research Apparatus (Infrastructure and Research and Development Services screens, analytical functions are available to build reports for reporting, monitoring of apparatus use, and data quality.

Using the UBW capabilities of (1) and (2), the University Manager can:

1. update the records describing apparatus (cf. EN-Developing an apparatus record in the University Equipment Catalog. In particular, in consultation with the apparatus supervisor, modify the classification of apparatus according to the categories accepted in the system, enrich descriptions, and descriptor characteristics;

2. generate reports on available equipment for the entire university and/or selected units

3. generate reports in terms of services performed on it for the entire university and/or selected units

4. In the case of inquiries from the business environment - search for the appropriate equipment and team for pre-testing.
