The functions of the event organizer

A user with the events/press role can be an event (event series) organizer. He/she has access to functions related to handling event series (seminars) and single events. These functions are as follows:

1. defining a series

2. defining an event, in series or out of series (a single event)

3. accept/reject an events submitted for the seriesby a researcher

4. modifying a submissions and approving the event

5. "suspending" an event, for example, due to unforeseen cases (illness or a trip of the speaker).
