The system supports a special index of conference titles (see Conference - series index), where the serial conference titles can be stored. It is especially useful, if the university applies a scoring system rewarding publications from selected series. In such a case, in the Conference title one can select a title from the list, which will result in scoring publications from the conference event.
If an event record is created from the publication description level, when saving it, check the box: Is the given record new, should I enter it into the main list? It will be remembered in the index.
