W nowym systemie doktoryzowania można wykorzystać formularz nie tylko do opisania rozprawy doktorskiej, ale także do opisania stanu prac nad doktoratem, w szczególności po przypisaniu doktorantowi promotora można ustawić status prac nad doktoratem “w toku”. |
Poniżej omówiono pola, na które należy zwrócić szczególną uwagę przy wprowadzaniu danego typu publikacji.

status pracy i odpowiadające mu pola zależne: Data rozpoczęcia, Data obrony lub Data zakończenia

Istnienie możliwość:
wybrania z indeksu dyscypliny naukowej, w tym dyscypliny 2.0.
podania recenzentów - wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego
dołączenia pliku z tekstem recenzji
oznaczenia, czy praca została wyróżniona
Data rozpoczęcia w starym systemie doktoryzowania oznacza datę zgłoszenia przewodu doktorskiego, natomiast w nowym oznacza datę przypisania promotora do doktoranta.
Data zakończenia oznacza datę nadania stopnia doktora (zwykle na Radzie Wydziału).
Jeżeli regulamin jednostki przewiduje obowiązkowe archiwizowanie rozpraw doktorskich w Bazie Wiedzy, należy dodać plik z pełnym tekstem pracy. Więcej w rozdziale Dołączanie plików (formaty, licencje)

Można tu połączyć daną publikację z innymi informacjami dostępnymi w bazie, takimi jak: projekt, książka, dane badawcze.

In the doctoral system, the form can be used not only to describe the doctoral dissertation, but also to describe the status of work on the doctoral thesis, in particular after assigning a supervisor to the doctoral student, the status of work on the doctoral thesis can be set as "in progress". |

It is possible to :
select a scientific discipline from the discplines index (It is OECD, but can be adjusted to the university needs.
provide referrees - internal and external
attach a file with the review text
mark if the work has been distinguished
The end date means the date of awarding the doctoral degree (usually by the Faculty Council).
If the unit's regulations provide for mandatory archiving of doctoral theses in the Knowledge Base, a file with the full text of the thesis should be added. More in the chapter Dołączanie plików (formaty, licencje)
