Predefined Reports

Depending on the type of objects you search for, one can predefine a variety of different sets of reports . The most typical collection of reports are available for publications. They are available from the editor panel, from the author profile, from the organizational unit of the university. Usually these are:

  • Bibliography

  • Simple list of publications

  • BibTeX

  • XML

  • Bibliographic analysis report

  • Departmental report

Reports for other object types are available on the pages devoted to the types, e.g. for Authors and staff index in the Editor Panel (under Auxiliary Functions) one may find:

  • Bibliometric Analysis

  • CV

  • Achievement report

Reports that can be generated by editors from the public interface of the Knowledge Base from scientist profiles are:

  • Survey of scientific achievements

  • Bibliometric analysis

  • GDPR report

  • Report for apromotion

  • CV

Bibliography – list of literature available in various description styles APA, IEEE, ACM, Chicago, CSE, MLA, Vancouver, ISO 690; available formats are HTML and pdf

List – a list in the form of a list or table, with the ability to adjust the scope of displayed data, including scores for publications, Impact Factor ; in a form similar to an achievement report generated for a grant application; format: HTML and pdf

BibTeX – data exchange format; bibliographic data are made available in a format that allows them to be processed in other tools; a file exported from the Knowledge Base can be transferred, among others, to bibliography managers, e.g. Mendeley , Zotero or to tools for collecting and promoting scientific achievements, i.e. ORCID; file format: bib
