Na ekranach Aparatura badawcza (infrastruktura oraz Usługi Badawczo-Rozwojowe dostępne są funkcje analityczne pozwalające budować raporty na potrzeby sprawozdawczości, monitorowania wykorzystania aparatury, a także jakości danych. Funkcjonalności te są zaprezentowane na stronach:

Korzystając z możliwości UBW w zakresie (1) i (2) Menadżer Uczelniany może:

  1. aktualizować rekordy opisujące aparaturę (por. Opracowanie rekordu aparatury w Uczelnianym Katalogu Sprzętu. W szczególności, w porozumieniu z opiekunem aparatury, modyfikować klasyfikację aparatury według przyjętych w systemie kategorii, wzbogacać opisy, oraz charakterystyke deskryptorową;

  2. generować raporty w zakresie dostępnego sprzętu dla całej uczelni i/lub wybranych jednostek

  3. generować raporty w zakresie realizowanych na nim usług dla całej uczelni i/lub wybranych jednostek

  4. W przypadku zapytań otoczenia biznesowego - wyszukiwać odpowiedni sprzęt oraz zespół w celu preprowadzenia badań.

On the Research Apparatus (Infrastructure and Research and Development Services screens, analytical functions are available to build reports for reporting, monitoring of apparatus use, and data quality.

Using the UBW capabilities of (1) and (2), the University Manager can:

  1. update the records describing apparatus (cf. EN-Developing an apparatus record in the University Equipment Catalog. In particular, in consultation with the apparatus supervisor, modify the classification of apparatus according to the categories accepted in the system, enrich descriptions, and descriptor characteristics;

  2. generate reports on available equipment for the entire university and/or selected units

  3. generate reports in terms of services performed on it for the entire university and/or selected units

  4. In the case of inquiries from the business environment - search for the appropriate equipment and team for pre-testing.
