Export formats

This functionality makes possible to view and revise the formats serving for exporting data retrieved on the search screens. The format selection window is usually visible on the top bar of the search screens, like on the figure below:

they are also available at the profiles (of researchers, units, institutions, etc). Among the export formats are simple display reports, more advanced reports (e.g. research assessment), as well as pivot tables. The screen with searching for export formats looks as below:

The original system formats, i.e. delivered with the system (may be overwritten with a new version) are marked by a green color, The yelow ones are the ones modified by the users (will not be overwritten with the newer versions), the red ones are inactive.

Building new formats requires knowledge of sripting language (java), and data models in the system, nevertheless one can modify easily some properties of the existing formats.

with the field Active you can activate/disactivate format
with the field access rights you can assign the access tights:
you can define description (will be a kind of help for the users)
If this the the excel output form you can define/change/translate the excel header
