The discussion.richTextEnabled switch is responsible for enabling the extension of the functionality of the field for entering comments.

After turning it on, a regular text box is expanded with many functionalities that enable formatting of the entered text (the so-called Rich Text Box).

Rich Text Box is an advanced user interface element that allows you to enter and format text in a much more advanced way than a standard text box. The main difference is that it supports rich text, which allows the user to use different font styles, colors, sizes, and additional attributes such as bold and italic.

Another important feature is the ability to insert pictures, tables and other objects, as well as numbered and bulleted lists and various paragraph styles, which significantly facilitates the organization of content.
