EN - discussion.note

The discussion.note switch, when enabled, is responsible for displaying the record comments section in the Notes tab in Research Data. Comments and the bookmark are only visible to logged in users.

When the switch is turned off, the Notes tab disappears and comments automatically become invisible.

This switch can only be enabled by a user with the Superadmin role.
