Searching for service(d) requests

Research and Development Services functions are accessible from the editor's menu under the Auxiliary Functions tab. This screen is available to a user with the role of

  1. University manager

  2. Faculty supervisor

  3. apparatus supervisor

A logged-in user can search for services by

  1. Start date (in a range)

  2. End dates (in the pre-division)

In addition, you can search for services that

  1. are provided within a certain time period

  2. are implemented on the specified date

  3. are completed by the specified date

You can also specify an apparatus supervisor - if you specify this condition, the system will search for all services of all devices under the care of the specified person.

If the logged-in person is an apparatus custodian, you can check the checkbox pertaining to me, then the system will search for all requests related to apparatus under this person's care.

In addition, expanding the Research and Development Services part of the screen allows you to specify conditions for additional fields:
