Functions of the logged-in user

Most of the features in the Knowledge Base are available to the public, but some require a login.

An authorized user (author when logged in) can:

  1. Modify the basic data on your profile:

    1. insert/change your photo

    2. insert/change your photo

    3. add an additional email address

    4. add or update phone number, room number

    5. complete the information on consultations (if it conducts them)

    6. complete ORCID, Google Scholar and Scopus profile information

    7. attach a file with the content of the publication

  2. Add publications by:

    1. import of files in BibTeX format or DOI number

    2. form

    3. automatic import from Scopus database

  3. Update citation statistics by WoS and/or Scopus (depends on the licences available)

  4. Generate scientific activity reports from your profile

  5. Define alerts

  6. Define objectives

  7. Contextual search

  8. Familiarize yourself with the changes in the values of journal evaluation indicators over the years (Statistics option under Journal Database)
