Self-archiving - Adding/updating the research outputs

The logged-in user has possibilities for entering the following research output records into the Knowledge Base:

  1. Publications and reports

  2. Research data (depositing research data is under way, adding metadata deposited elsewhere is available)

  3. Achievements, prozes, awards

  4. activities

Yu can see detailed description in the section Manual entering research outputs, prizes and activities

Additionally the logged-in researcher can import data from various global sources:

  1. from Scopus (see Import of publication records and update from Scopus )

  2. from CrossRef, by DOI (see Import of publication records by BibTeX/RIS and DOI )

The system will prevent entering or importing a publication that is not authored by the person logged into the knowledge base. The system will capture inconsistent authorship data.
