Elements of the bibliographic description can be placed in the following sections:

  • Basic data

  • Description

In the case of unpublished documents, only the Title is a required field, but if we have more information, it should be entered into the database in order to describe the document as fully as possible.

The following fields are available in the section Basic Data:

We register here materials that have not been published in the form of a book (with ISBN) or a special issue, even if they have a DOI number, but have been included:

  • on websites, e.g. post-conference websites

  • in publicly available repositories (e.g. ArXiv)

In this case, we choose the appropriate type, e.g. presented paper if it was presented at a conference, seminar, or workshop.

When entering descriptions of unpublished materials, such as: presented paper, presentation, poster, abstract, remember to link them to the Conference (event) type of object.

If unpublished material is posted on a website, it is recommended to provide the address in the URL field. In the case of a report archived in a public repository (ArxiV), it is advisable to provide the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) address of the document in the URL field

In the field Date of creation, you can enter the year when the material was presented at the conference or the year the website was made available on the Internet.

If the work was prepared as part of a project, then an appropriate link should be created in the project field.
