The search results screen includes, among others: features such as:

1. selection of all result records

2. selection of all result records on the given page

3. unselect records

4. window for selecting the method of sorting the results

5. alert creation form

6. goal setting form

7. window of report selection - can be used to select report and generate it for the selected records

8. link to run the selected report

The search results may be used, inter alia, for

• generating reports for a selected set of publications. Depending on your needs, use the available formats for downloading data from the Knowledge Base (more in the section Reports )

• verification or modification of selected data (more in the section Modyfikacja danych )

• merging the selected records (if duplicates) – the option (9) available at the bottom of the page (more in the section Scalanie duplikatów )

• deleting of the selected records (10) - soft, undelete is possible

• deleting of the selected records (11) - hard, undelete impossible
