Scientific events - seminars, conferences, workshops

The module of events (seminars) is designed to disseminate knowledge about planned seminars, workshops, etc., as well as to archive presentations related to the seminars that took place. In the system you can define single events, or define series of events (covering a number of events). The series can be organized by university units, as well as research teams.

The module can be used by any user. Users who are not logged-in can see the planned seminars, and can download information about the dates of individual events to their calendar. A logged-in user with the events_press role has the right to define series and single events. On the other hand, any logged-in researcher (also without the events_press role) can submit a proposal to speak at a specific seminar. The proposal submitted by the user must be approved by the organizer of the seminar (series).
